Return & Exchange Policy

At Two More Studio, every piece is carefully curated and quality checked before dispatch. To maintain hygiene and product integrity, we do not offer returns or refunds.

Size Exchange

We offer size exchanges only, subject to the following conditions:

  • A size exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
  • Customers must provide:
    • Order number
    • Clear photos of the product
    • Photos showing the original tags attached
    • A brief reason for the exchange

All exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by our team.

Style Exchange

If the requested size is unavailable, customers may choose another product of equal or higher value.

  • If the selected product costs more, the price difference must be paid before dispatch.
  • If the replacement product costs less, the remaining amount will be issued as store credit.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

We cannot accept exchanges for:

  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Products without original tags or packaging.
  • Exchange requests made after the eligible period.
  • Items purchased during special sale or clearance events (unless they arrive damaged or incorrect).

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution if approved.
